The prize draw is organized by SMH Technologies S.r.l., with registered office in Italy, as part of its promotional activities during Productronica 2025 in Munich, Germany.

1.PURPOSE OF THE INITIATIVE

The initiative aims to engage visitors of the Productronica 2025 exhibition and promote SMH Technologies’ brand and solutions.

2.PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Participation is free of charge and open to all visitors of Productronica 2025 who are 18 years of age or older.

  • Participants must register through the dedicated online form and accept these Official Rules and the related Privacy Policy.

  • Employees, collaborators, and representatives of SMH Technologies are not eligible to participate.

  • Participation is limited to one registration per person.

3.REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  1. Scan the QR code provided on promotional materials or access the dedicated registration page.

  2. Fill out the online form by providing the required information (name, surname, company, role, email address) and accept the Terms & Conditions.

  3. Confirm participation by submitting the form.
    Each registered participant will automatically receive a unique registration ID via email.

4.PRIZE DETAILS

Three prizes, each with an approximate value of €300, will be awarded — one per day — as follows:

5.PRIZE DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT

  • The draws will take place at 5:00 PM on Tuesday 18, Wednesday 19, and Thursday 20 November 2025, at the SMH Technologies booth (Booth 544 – Hall A1, Messe München).

  • The winner will be randomly selected by computer from among all valid registrations received by the time of the draw.

  • The winner’s name (or registration ID) will be announced publicly at the booth.

  • The winner must be physically present at the booth at the time of the announcement to claim the prize.

  • If the selected winner is not present, a new winner will be drawn immediately.

6.PRIZE DELIVERY

To collect the prize, the winner must:

  • Present a valid ID document;

  • Show the confirmation email containing their registration ID.

Prizes will be delivered immediately at the booth. No shipping or deferred delivery will be arranged.

7.ORGANIZER’S RESPONSIBILITY

SMH Technologies will ensure the proper conduct of the draw but assumes no responsibility for:

  • technical issues, connectivity problems, or interruptions in the registration system;

  • incorrect or incomplete data provided by participants;

  • events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., fair suspension, technical malfunction, or force majeure).

SMH Technologies reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the initiative if extraordinary circumstances prevent its normal operation, without this entitling participants to any compensation.

8.OTHER CONDITIONS

  • Participation implies full acceptance of these Official Rules.

  • The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • One entry per person / per email. Multiple registrations with the same email will be invalidated.

  • Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to Italian law and to the jurisdiction of the Court of Pordenone.

Privacy Policy Addendum – Productronica 2025 Prize Draw

It describes the additional data processing operations carried out in connection with the SMH Technologies Productronica 2025 Prize Draw.

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data collected through the registration form (name, surname, company, role, email, acceptance of the Terms & Conditions, optional marketing consent, registration ID, date and time) are processed for the following purposes:

a) Participation Management – To allow users to participate in the promotional prize draw, manage registration, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, and deliver prizes.
b) Marketing (optional) – Only for participants who provide explicit consent, SMH Technologies may use the email address to send communications about its products, events, or services.

3. LEGAL BASIS

a) For the purpose of managing participation (point a): execution of a promotional initiative under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
b) For marketing communications (point b): explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. PROCESSING METHODS

Data are processed using both electronic and paper tools by authorized personnel, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability in compliance with GDPR principles.

No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.

5. DATA RECIPIENTS

Data are processed exclusively by SMH Technologies personnel authorized for event and marketing purposes.
No personal data will be disclosed to third parties.
Technical service providers (e.g. hosting, mailing, or data storage) operate as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

6. DATA RETENTION

Data collected for participation in the prize draw will be retained for 12 months from the end of the initiative, solely for verification and audit purposes.
Data processed for marketing purposes will be retained until withdrawal of consent.

7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by contacting:

8. TRANSFERS TO THIRD COUNTRIES

No transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area are foreseen.

9. SOURCE OF DATA

Data are collected directly from participants through the online registration form; SMH Technologies does not acquire personal data from external sources.

10. CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the registration form is necessary to participate in the prize draw.
Failure to provide such data will make participation impossible.
The optional consent for marketing activities has no consequence on participation.
